At the first meeting, team members reviewed background information about the joint ILS consortium exploration project.
The team worked on outlining project goals and outcomes, as well as a process timeline.
The team selected a project name: NICE Northern Wisconsin ILS Consortium Exploration, and set a regular meeting time of 8:30 am on the third Tuesday of each month.
